DELTAsort is a robotic system that automates waste sorting in small and medium-sized sorting facilities. It replaces inefficient manual sorting with an affordable and reliable solution based on robotics and artificial intelligence.
Problem
Most small sorting facilities still rely on manual waste sorting, which is slow, expensive and difficult to scale. Even in larger facilities with mostly automated processes, manual sorting is still required for quality control, creating a bottleneck in operations.
Solution
DELTAsort is a robotic station that can be easily integrated into existing sorting plants and takes over sorting and quality control tasks. The system enables sorting facilities to achieve higher efficiency, lower costs, and easier adaptation to increasing waste volumes.
