The beginning of the year brings a new edition of the Deep Tech Talks event, now in its fourth installment, and opens the door to two exceptionally exciting and fast-growing fields: Physical AI and ClimateTech.
Physical AI combines advanced algorithms and robotics, enabling machines to perceive, reason, and act in real, physical environments. ClimateTech, on the other hand, encompasses innovative technologies aimed at combating climate change, decarbonization, and sustainability. These are sectors with enormous global potential and a strong impact on the future of the economy and society.
Croatia already has outstanding young companies in both areas, raising important questions: Can Physical AI and ClimateTech become new Croatian verticals and pillars of technological development? Do we have the knowledge, talent, and ecosystem needed to step onto the global stage?
We will seek answers at Deep Tech Talks Vol. 4, which will take place on Tuesday, February 17, starting at 6:00 PM, at HUB385 (Franje Petračića St. 6, Zagreb).
Dr. Taku Sato from Inventya Ltd. (UK) will share his experiences and insights, visiting Zagreb as part of Nuqleus’s project “Connecting the UK and Croatian Deep Tech Ecosystems”, organized in cooperation with the British Embassy in Zagreb. He will be joined by representatives of the local tech scene, including Juraj Radić, R&D Team Lead at the innovative Croatian company Gideon, and representatives from Nuqleus alumni startups – Filip Zorić, PhD, Co-founder at Crobotic Solutions and Vanja Jurišić, PhD, Co-founder at Fibryion.
After the official program, the event will continue in an informal networking atmosphere on the ground floor of HUB385.
