METASTRUCT is developing a deep-tech platform that combines parametric design, advanced materials, AI optimization, and additive manufacturing to create a new generation of construction systems. Our technology enables topologically optimized structures that use less material while maintaining or improving performance, reducing costs, CO₂ emissions, and construction waste. Our first product, MetaWALL, is a modular facade system that integrates load-bearing capacity, insulation, ventilation, and green infrastructure into a single scalable solution. The technology is currently in the patent-pending phase and is being developed in collaboration with leading global academic and industry partners.
Problem
The construction industry is responsible for nearly 40% of global CO₂ emissions and more than a third of the world’s total waste, while at the same time facing rising construction costs and a chronic labor shortage. Traditional construction systems use excessive amounts of material, have slow execution processes, and struggle to meet the demands of sustainable building and energy efficiency. At the same time, the market is demanding faster, more flexible, and cost-optimized solutions that can meet new climate regulations and the needs of modern cities. We are developing a new way of thinking, designing, and manufacturing in construction.
Solution
METASTRUCT uses biomimetic geometries, parametric design, AI optimization, and large-format 3D printing to develop structures that use significantly less material while maintaining equal or greater load-bearing capacity and performance. Our technology enables up to 70% less material consumption and a near-zero waste approach to production through digitally optimized processes. MetaWALL, our first product, is a modular wall and facade system that combines structural efficiency, energy efficiency, and sustainable design into a single scalable solution. We are developing systems that enable faster, more sustainable, and more profitable construction for the next generation of building.
